Can you believe it's already April! Remember all those goals and habits you set in January? How are those going? Do you need to dig those out and revisit all the things you wanted to do this year? One-fourth of the year is over, time to re-evaluate what you want for the next 3 months. Maybe you need new goals. Take some time and write down some goals/habits for the next 3 months.

Something I’m Loving:
Having a water goal each day is important for your overall health, skin, and joints. But sometimes we are flushing our electrolytes right out of our bodies. If you are suffering from headaches, electrolytes could be the reason. You can buy water that has electrolytes and you can also buy powders, and liquid drops to add to your water. I received some sample Ultima electrolyte flavors in my FIT KIT BOX and I LOVE the grape flavor, it tastes just like grape kool aid. Find a flavor you love and start adding in atleast 1 bottle of electrolytes a day.

Sunday is Easter, enjoy time with your family and eat all the wonderful foods!
Loaded Salads - The kids decide on a meat (protein) and we add it to a salad. We do breaded chicken strips, you could do blackened chicken strips, popcorn chicken, chicken fries. All those things are in the freezer section. You could bake/grill your own chicken breast as a healthier option. My favorite is the Panko Breaded Shrimp from Costco. See tips from Sunday for the salad.
Teenager Tip: If they need MORE food, I will include a baked potato, and stop and pick up chopped or sliced beef from a BBQ restaurant as a Protein option.

One Pan Creamy Garlic Shrimp - (I don’t use ghee, I'll use butter or avocado oil)This dish can be whipped up in under 30 minutes and is wonderful for the whole family. I serve this over white rice.

Loaded Baked Potatoes - You can always go to a BBQ place and order this. But suggestion to FWTFL clients (yes we eat potatoes!!) or anyone wanting a little healthier option. I cook the potatoes at home. This helps me control the portion and the toppings, and I can trade it out for a sweet potato. I will stop and get sliced brisket or chopped beef from a BBQ place with sauce on the side to make the potato “Loaded”. This can be something you get at the grocery store, but they have the BBQ sauce already mixed in. You can do any protein you like. Add your favorite baked potato toppings with your protein and enjoy!
