Plan your break fast meal, lunch, dinner and snacks each day and log the macros from MyFitnessPal one time and then you can just rotate the days or full weeks as needed. If you complete 1 full month you will have lots of options. Don’t recreate the wheel, go back to those favorite meals and snacks to hit those macros.
