Have you checked your freezer lately? If it’s anything like mine, it’s time for a freezer challenge dinner week!!! Yup, that’s right, I’m going to try and use up what’s in my freezer this week for dinners, and I challenge you to do the same thing. This might get a little tricky towards the end of the week, but I’m going to give it a shot.

Something I Learned:
Where are my wine drinkers at? Did you know there's a wine company making clean, no added sugar wine? Yup that means less carbs! Check out Scout & Cellar
A typical 5-ounce glass of Scout & Cellar wine contains 0-2 grams of carbohydrates because there are zero added sugars allowed in their products. Due to the low residual sugars, the calories are about 100 calories per glass vs 300 in a conventional glass of wine. Scout&Cellar wines have low sulfites, under 100 ppm with most under 50 ppm, which allows you to drink the wine without the awful side effects you get from conventional wines. You can now drink wine without the inflammation issues, stomach pain, and headaches! The low carbs are an added plus!
Something I love
This month in our VIP FASTer Way we are doing a shoulder challenge, and I’m really loving it. Three days a week we have an added shoulder circuit but we also test our strength on Mondays to see if we have gained more strength. Most importantly we have a day of shoulder health to focus on injury prevention. I’m really starting to see more definition in my shoulders which just motivates me to keep going and lift heavier!
I know this week is Spring Break for a lot of you! I know I’m really looking forward to it! We are going to keep it pretty low key around here, and recharge!
