What’s For Dinner? 11/1

Nov 1st - 7th

Hey guys!!  Well, it decided to go from summer temperatures to winter here in Texas overnight.  So us Texans are going to enjoy this cooler weather while we can.  Back in the high 70’s next week.  Got to Love Texas!



Turkey breast, Sweet potato, salad - I LOVE the Frozen Turkey Breast from Aldi.  They are in the freezer section.  You bake in the oven (80 to 90 minutes) then slice, and the gravy packet is included.  This is a family Favorite.  Could use leftovers for sandwiches or salads.  Don’t forget to make the salad Ex-Large for lunch tomorrow.


Omelet - Variation of “brinner”.  Stuff your omelet with all the veggies, breakfast sausage, bacon, ham.  And when you fold and flip the omelet and it's a FAIL, scramble it up and have a breakfast taco.  


Honey Dijon Chicken - this is a recipe provided on the App with the FASTer Way Membership.  Tuesday is a low carb day, so I will pair this with steamed carrots and broccoli.


Loaded Baked Potatoes - You can always go to a BBQ place and order this.  But suggestion to FWTFL clients (yes we eat potatoes!!) or anyone wanting a little healthier option.  I cook the potatoes at home. This helps me control the portion and the toppings.  And I could trade it out for a sweet potato.  I will stop and get sliced brisket or chopped beef from a BBQ place with sauce on the side to make the potato “Loaded”.  This could be something you get at the grocery store, but they have the BBQ sauce already mixed in.  you could do any protein you like. Add your favorite baked potato toppings with your protein and enjoy!


Salmon - I get this box of Seasoned Grill Wild Alaskan Salmon from Costco.  Put some sweet potatoes in the oven and rice on the stove to cook.  And you can relax till it's all done!  Great for leftovers also!


Chili - you can use any chili recipe you have.  You could do turkey meat also. .


Cheese Enchiladas - I use Luby’s Enchilada recipe.  I will add rice and beans.


Next FASTer Way to Fat Loss round Starts Nov 9th.  Don’t be afraid to sign up during the holidays.  We’re NOT a diet, We ARE a lifestyle.  We eat the RIGHT things, with no deprivation, and even incorporate treats.  Stop telling yourself “wait until January 1st...Take control of your health today.
