I hope you were able to spend some time with family, enjoy some great food, and create memories this week! I was able to be with my family this year and it was good for my soul! We try to take family pictures each Thanksgiving, here’s the crew that I feed.

Pasta E Fagioli Soup The BEST Pasta e Fagioli Soup! And yes, it’s even better than Olive Garden’s!
Zucchini Pasta with Lemon Garlic Shrimp This is a delicious, gluten-free (and of course low-carb) version of shrimp scampi and linguini. You could use chicken instead, and linguini noodles for the family.
Low Carb Taco casserole 1st time I made this I used cauliflower rice and my husband didn’t notice. (They are not fans of cauliflower rice, I have tried). Second time he noticed. Depending on how your family feels about cauliflower rice will decide if it’s low carb or not.
Easy Jambalaya This is a little twist on the traditional jambalaya, more Creole than Cajun. We use jalapeño sausage and chicken.
Chicken Piccata with Lemon sauce - this was delicious. I used chicken stock, not the wine, and I was out of hot sauce and Parmesan. So I used a little cayenne pepper and shredded cheese instead. Still turned out great. I served it with rice and broccoli.
Stuffed Bell Peppers - I’ll be honest, my stuffed bell peppers are usually just Meatloaf in a bell pepper. But I’m going to try this recipe to change it up, but not too different so my kids will still eat it.
Bacon Guacamole Chicken Bombs Need healthy fats for the day, this is a great option. Use the thicker chicken breast and regular sliced bacon not thick. There are some additional tips in the reviews. .
Hope your family loves these recipes!
What are your goals for 2021? Is it to get healthy? Are you looking for something that you can stick to longer than 2 weeks? Then you are looking for the FASTer Way. Our next round will be January 5th, add it to your Christmas wishlist.
I hope you will take the leap and join us on the journey to more energy, better sleep and disease prevention with a bonus of fat loss :) If you have questions, let me know!
Best Wishes,
Cindy
