What’s For Dinner? 11/8

Nov 8th - 14th


Man what a week!  I hope you have all found healthy ways to relieve some stress or anxiety.  I haven’t always been a believer in the “exercise is a good stress reliever”, until this week.  I personally noticed my mood shift twice this week after exercising. Keep trying different things to help reduce your stress, and be aware of how you feel before and after.      



Swiss Steak - we love this served over rice, and makes great leftovers.


Sausages and Cabbage - You can use your favorite sausage, we prefer Holmes with jalapenos.  I also use Avocado oil to cook the Cabbage to include a healthy fat.


Pan Seared Pork Chops (FWTFL) - this is a FASTer way recipe for this week if you join the Nov 9th round, you will have access to the Meal plan through the app.


8 can Taco Soup - busy night this week, this is a go to meal!  Tons of flavor and super easy. You could do this in a crock pot, just brown the hamburger meat before.


Shrimp Tacos -Great meal for a low carb day or Regular Macro day. The Avocado Salsa truly makes this taco!


Crock Pot Mississippi Pot Roast - Another great idea for a busy night.  Dump everything in the crockpot in the morning and you are done.  My kids like this served over mashed potatoes and I'll include a veggie also.


Cheeseburger Sliders - this isn’t a gluten free recipe, but…  they are really easy and delicious!  Serve with a side salad and call it a win!


We are 3 weeks in to our October 19th FASTer Way round, and all the nonscale victories that are rolling in are amazing: 

  • Reduced blood pressure medicine

  • No more bloating

  • 2-3 inches off stomach area

  • less anxiety

  • better sleep

  • Increased to heavier weights for workouts


IN JUST 3 WEEKS!!!


If you missed out, don’t pass on our next round that starts MONDAY, Nov 9th!  You will learn everything you need during week 1.  This round will take you into the Holidays feeling great!  We will still enjoy all the delicious food on Thanksgiving, don't worry!!
